ProofState

ProofState maintains the verified operational state of the real-life situations hidden inside your email — such as invoices and travel bookings — and shows you the current, verified truth instead of a long thread or a summary.

To do this, ProofState connects to your Gmail account, with your explicit permission, and reads your incoming email on a read-only basis (Gmail read-only access). It analyses that email to detect relevant situations, extract only what it can verify with provenance, determine which evidence is current versus superseded, and present a clear, prioritised feed of the matters that need your attention. ProofState does not send email on your behalf and never modifies or deletes your messages.

ProofState does not summarise your inbox. It continuously reconciles the available evidence across time so you can act quickly and stay in control of invoices, payments, deadlines and travel.
